A business that started from a butcher's shop opened in 1997 in the Central Market of Galati followed its natural course, gradually developing with 2 more shops opened, as well as a space dedicated to those who wanted to indulge themselves with delicious grilled dishes. The launch of Alex restaurant was natural, and the team wanted to illustrate this story in a modern logo that would convey the passion and skill of the people behind this business. So the sausage - the symbol of the butcher - found its place in the Alex logo, and the slogan "Master of meat" was able to reflect the passion with which Alex Restaurant delights its customers, lovers of delicious meat dishes.
